To ensure healthy and good meals, one should combine several foods and nutrients. This is to ensure sufficient intake of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. All these are important so you should perform optimally under physical exertion. On a cold winter day in the field it is without doubt smart to have a hot meal. REAL Field Meals are assembled to ensure intake of all essential nutrients. All dishes are preferably prepared with hot water, but can also be prepared with cold water in case of emergency. Preparation time (rehydration) is then increased to between 15 and 35 minutes, depending on the type of dish.
